HOLDIM IS GROWING WITH THE ACQUISITION OF GLF TURBINE

Thanks to the contribution of Holdim, the company based in Porto Recanati (in the province of Macerata) restarts focusing on the so-called ‘hot parts’ (combustion chambers, gas conveyors and nozzles),a branch obtained from the bankruptcy of last owner, GI&E Spa.

The plant, built on the initiative of Enrico Mattei, experienced moments of glory under the control of the historic tuscan firm ‘Nuovo Pignone’ (owned by Eni) and later with the american giant General Electric. Intervening at a time of a corporate crisis, Holdim group has avoided the interruption of the ongoing orders saving fifty people from losing their job. An operation that allows the group to broaden its range of action, now being able to count on an important technological center of great experience in the ‘Oil & Gas’ field.
